Because of Covid-19 our world is suffering, especially India, a special place we love. We hope to go back to Mysore and other spiritual cities to meet our Gurus and continue learning Yoga as soon as possible. But under this special situation more and more people are realizing that it is most important to take care of our body and mind, practice exercises like Yoga, and find a heathy life style. I think this is what Yoga is about.
I have been helping my family and friends in China, USA and Japan to practice yoga online, 2 to 3 times a week, starting last year April when Covid-19 started to explode. I saw how Ashtanga Yoga helped my family, and how their life styles and heath became better and better after starting daily training.
Now I am opening my family online Yoga class to the public foranyone who is interested in Yoga, and who would like to practice Ashtanga. From today until July 31st, to thank India for bringing us Yoga, my online class passes will be exchanged for a donation to Covid-19 relief for India.
If you are worried about Covid-19, or your hometown does not have Ashtanga Yoga, or if you are too busy to go to the studio, you can join my class and practice Ashtanga together.
