Astau 8: inhale, left up Pincha Mayurasana, Keep for 5 breaths

Panca 5: inhale, upward facing dog

Sat 6: exhale, downward facing dog

Benefit

Pincha Mayurasana strengthens the shoulders, arms, core and back. Also helps to calm the brain and relieve stress and depression.
